Despite its 300-year history and prominence in the UK and a half-century of activity in Canada, this international real estate development and investment group had been overshadowed by large national firms in the US. The US arm of Grosvenor’s fund management subsidiary, acquired from another firm in 2005, had to establish a new identity in a sea of competitors.
Supporting Grosvenor Americas’ corporate communications office, LHB Communications was instrumental in facilitating publication of more than 1,000 articles featuring the company’s projects and activities. A separate program for Grosvenor Fund Management achieved over $1 million in advertising equivalency, including coverage by such prestigious media as The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Bloomberg, The Financial Times, Yahoo Finance, the Globe & Mail, and many more. LHB’s successful program also included placing authored feature articles, arranging speaking engagements, organizing special events, and more. Starting with a single project, LHB’s scope of work expanded to assist Grosvenor’s international team with publicizing projects and investments all over the world.
